headspace is Australia's Youth Mental Health Foundation providing mental and health wellbeing support, information and services to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their families.
headspace has centres around Australia which have a range of youth friendly health professionals who can help with

The headspace website allows young people to find the information they seek quickly and easily, to share their story and read others experiences. There is a place devoted to supporting parents and carers including the option for them to share their stories and get support and ask questions. There is also a section for professionals and academics in the youth and mental health sector, featuring evidence maps to help locate the latest information.
