Hand Up Inc

Hand Up Inc is a mental health support group in Townsville, QLD. We are a group of people who have experienced depression, anxiety and other mental illnesses who come together to share our experiences. By doing so we find and offer understanding and friendship.

We find that being involved in a support group aids our recovery and is a valuable addition to the professional treatment that we receive from our GP's or other mental health professionals.

The Hand Up Depression & Anxiety group meets on Thursdays, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at 159 Kings Road, Pimlico. Contact Karen on 4729 0629, John on 4779 2203, or Tim on 0437 160 341.
